A digital application (mobile app) to be used for connectivity between Black businesses and their consumers
To inspire and empower business owners, by providing a comprehensive eCommerce application with ease of use and affordability.
To implement solutions for growth through global market connectivity. To be a transformative conduit for the unseen through culturally conscious commerce.
To build a global marketplace, that provides businesses and consumers with the opportunity to market and purchase highly desired goods and services through a borderless eCommerce destination.
Our support team is comprised of experienced professional technical and client service representatives.
We aim to go above and beyond to provide the care and resolutions that strengthen our client relationships.
We are a wholly Black-owned LLC that was intrinsically grown from our lifelong, deep commitment to promoting the progress and success of all culturally and ethnically, Black-owned businesses.
In 2019, on a family trip we began discussing our inability to locate Black-owned businesses to fulfill our requests for desired goods and services.
This conversation led to inquiries about the existence of a present-day (e-version) guide to black businesses like the volume available back-in-the-day entitled “The Negro Motorist Green Book”, first published in 1936 by Victor H. Green.
We were surprised to discover the absence of any that were comprehensive in nature. This was our collective lightbulb moment leading to the conclusion that a mobile app should be developed “for us, by us” and PressBlk was born.
While the objective is not new or unique (i.e., Black Wallstreet) we profoundly believe in the unity, self-reliance, and uplift of the collective Black community…our community.
Therefore, we maintain that being part of a solution (there are many) to redirecting our aggregate purchasing towards building Black economic power is our responsibility.
Black business ownership, patronage, investment, and savings are critical to building the foundation for, and acquisition of, assets and ultimately generational wealth in our communities.
Like so many other ethnic groups, we must intentionally convert our buying power into economic power.
Then, and only then, will we absolutely control our own destinies.
Come grow with us…It’s time to PressBlk!
Respectfully, The PressBlk Family.
